Arrival and Preparation
Arrival:
Arrive at the venue by 2:45 PM to check in and prepare for your shift.
Locate the Sign-In Table at the front door to collect your Photographer Badge.
Equipment Check:
Ensure your camera/phone is fully charged and has sufficient storage space.
Bring any additional equipment (e.g., tripod, extra batteries, lighting).
Briefing:
Meet with the Coordinator for a quick briefing on key areas and activities to prioritize during your shift.
Review the event schedule and identify the highlights to capture.
Photography Responsibilities
Focus on capturing the following key moments and areas during your shift:
3:00 PM - 👩🍳 Lumpia Making Demos (Part 2)
Step-by-Step Lumpia Preparation:
Capture chefs demonstrating each step of the lumpia preparation process.
Take close-up shots of the hands-on moments, including rolling and filling.
Hands-On Learning Opportunity:
Photograph attendees participating in the hands-on learning session.
Highlight their engagement and interactions with the chefs.
Sauce Making Demonstration:
Capture the process of making sauces for lumpia.
Take detailed shots of ingredients, mixing, and final presentation.
Q&A Session:

Competitor Check-In:

Critical Note: Collect Photos Before Shift Ends

Ensure the cards are returned at the end of the shift.
Copy to Google Drive:
Have the photographer transfer all photos to the shared Google Drive folder before leaving.

At the end of your shift, ensure all photos are backed up to the designated storage.
Notify the Coordinator that your shift is complete.
