Vendor Procedures for National Lumpia Day 2025

Vendor Requirements

  • Vendors must provide their own 10x10 tent, tables, and chairs.

  • Tents must be securely anchored with weights for safety.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own lighting and power sources if needed.

Setup Procedure

  1. Arrival & Check-In:

    1. Vendors must arrive between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM for setup.

    2. Check in at the Outdoor Vendor Registration Desk located near the front door

    3. Provide your vendor confirmation email or receipt for verification.

  2. Setup Guidelines:

    1. Assigned vendor spots will be marked with your business name.

    2. Ensure your tent is securely anchored to avoid safety hazards.

    3. Vendors requiring power must bring their own generators or confirm access to venue power in advance.

  3. Operational Hours:

    1. Vendors must be fully set up and ready by 10:45 AM.

    2. Outdoor vendor spots will be open to attendees from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

  4. Teardown Procedure:

    1. Teardown begins at 6:00 PM.

    2. Vendors must ensure their area is clean and all equipment is removed before leaving the venue.

Parking Instructions

  • Vendors may unload their materials at the designated unloading area near the venue.

  • After unloading, vendors must park in any available space except handicapped spaces unless they have a valid permit.

  • Please be mindful of other vendors and attendees when parking.

  • Rain or Shine Policy: The event will take place rain or shine. Vendors should plan accordingly and ensure their tents and materials are weatherproof.
